Frequently asked questions
What wrapping materials do you use?
Every order is wrapped with quality papers, ribbon, and finishing touches chosen for your selected style — think heavyweight paper, satin and velvet ribbons, natural greenery, and tags. All standard materials are included in your price. If you have your own paper or a special request, just mention it in your notes.
What sizes of gifts can you wrap?
Small, medium, and large gifts are priced at $10, $15, and $22. Oversized, oddly shaped, or fragile items (bikes, ride-on toys, unboxed items) can often be wrapped or creatively presented — share details in your request and we will quote them individually.
How does drop-off work?
Drop-off is by appointment only. Once your request is confirmed, we will coordinate a private drop-off time and location in Arlington directly with you. For privacy, we do not publish a home address online.
When can I pick up my gifts?
Pickup is scheduled individually, usually within a few days of drop-off depending on order size and the week you choose. We will agree on a pickup window when we confirm your booking.
Is my spot booked when I submit the form?
Not yet. Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Because capacity is limited each week, we review requests in the order received and reply personally by email to confirm availability, your quote, and your drop-off time.
Do I pay when I submit a request?
No payment is collected online. Your final quote depends on the size and number of gifts and any special wrapping requirements, with a $40 minimum order. Payment details are shared once your booking is confirmed.
